LION15 is a SIZE1.5 and 4-megapixel CMOS detector that can be used for oral X-rays. The detector uses a self-designed CMOS image sensor with a pixel pitch of 14.5um and a dynamic range of 72dB to ensure the detector's sensitivity performance at low radiation doses. At the same time, the 400Ke- full well electron makes the SNR as high as 56dB, which ensures the excellent image performance at high dose. The integrated on-chip X-ray self-triggering control enables LION15 to maximize system integration and application. The LION15 detector supports USB and TWAIN protocols for easy compatibility with various dental software. |
