RGBIC announces P501612 16K linescan image sensor

RGBIC announces P501612 16K resolution linescan image sensor.

P501612 is a 16K resolution 12-line linescan CMOS image sensor with 5.0um global shutter pixel with true CDS. P501612 support on-chip Time Delay Integration (TDI). Monochrome version can be provided upon request, which can support up to 12-line mono pixel.

P501612 achieves 80KHz line rate at full resolution. High sensitivity, low noise and low PLS which make the sensor suitable for PCB inspection and other high end machine vision applications.
