In October 2020, RGBIC announces LION15 Medical X-ray detector. LION15 is a Size1.5 and 4-megapixel CMOS detector that can be used for oral X-rays. The detector uses an in-house designed CMOS image sensor with a pixel pitch of 14.5um. 72dB dynamic range ensures the detector's sensitivity performance at low radiation doses. At the same time, 400Ke- full well electron makes the SNR as high as 56dB, which ensures the excellent image performance at high dose. LION15 supports USB and TWAIN protocols for easy compatibility with various dental software. |
