RGBIC announces A6021 with 2.2M global shutter pixel. A6021 is a high speed global shutter CMOS image sensor with a resolution of 2048x1080 and a pixel pitch of 6um. A6021 supports pipelined global shutter and true CDS. A6021 could achieved a 63dB dynamic range and 1100fps at 10bit under full resolution, 2100fps at 8bit, 100dB+ dynamic range with single frame under high dynamic mode. A6021 can be widely used in 3D line laser scan, high-speed imaging, motion analysis and other applications. A6021 integrates on-chip PLL and timing control. It is compatible with internal and external trigger mode to facilitate camera system integration.
