A6021 is a 2048 x 1080 resolution global shutter CMOS image sensor with 6.0um pixel pitch. The sensor can achieve 2100fps with 8bit mode at full resolution, up to 8 window in vertical direction supported. 4000fps can be achieved with 2x2 on-chip binning. A6021 pipelined global shutter pixel with true CDS and multi-slope HDR make it low noise, low PLS, suitable for 3D laser scanning, high speed imaging, and other machine vision application. A6021 NIR enhanced version can be provided upon request. A6021 has 10bit/8bit ADC, PLL and timing generation on chip. Both external and internal trigger mode supported, make it easy for system integration. Its compact ceramic package fits with C-mount lens and provide high reliability for industrial applications. |
